Core Dyanmics Classes
Equipment needed – A yoga mat
This 25 minute core focused class includes a warm up and a cool down. This
workout will focus on developing greater core strength, increased lower spine
flexibility and stability; overall midline muscle control and improved balance.
This is 3D core work! We will focus on all areas of your anterior (think 6 pack
and lower abs/transverse abdomis) side abs (obliques) and back of the core –
lower back, glutes, (butt muscles) and hamstrings.
