Equipment needed – elevated surface (couch, ottoman, coffee table or
workout bench) and dumbbells.
This all levels workout (you are in charge of the intensity and how many
rounds you complete) is a combination of 5 exercises that will give you a total
body workout. Each exercise is 45 seconds each with a 15 second
recovery/transition time.
Equipment needed – Dumbbells (3 5 & 8 lbs) and a mat
Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the
same time.
A 35 minute workout that includes a warmup and cool down. This is a
complement to the 5 exercise workout introducing some new exercises and
building on exercises included in that workout. Please remember that the
amount of weight used during the exercises is up to you. You want to be
challenged in that the last couple of reps are difficult. If you fatigue, drop the
weight down and/or complete the exercise with no weights.
